The state of the art today is that many products are “free”, and a free product means “you are the product” — for the big tech players that have successfully built walled gardens so that they can keep everyone’s data inside.
But storing this data outside this walled garden is not enough. To truly liberate this data we need to offer customers not just storage capabilities, but also Agentic AI Compute in a secure and privacy-preserving way. The way we see the future with CEF is that intelligent AI agents work for you, on your data, and they can access the data you have granted these AI agents access to. In order to make this a reality, a completely reimagined approach to data, where trust, privacy, and agility (beyond what big data of today is able to offer) are built into the foundation of the next-generation data platform which is sorely needed.

CEF solutions leverages and plugs directly on top of Decentralized Data Clusters (DDCs) made possible by Cerebellum Network (Cere) while being highly resilient and customizable by design. The CEF Cluster augments the data infrastructure capabilities of the Cere cluster with an essential set of components required for automated AI compute, namely:
At its core, CEF is about automating data computation on secure pipelines (where everyone’s data are individually segmented and encrypted). The future of AI computers is in agentic workflows, and CEF is pioneering the multi-agent-as-a-service approach, to enable AI agents to work directly on your data, at the edge (near you), in a privacy-preserving and secured way. This is further made possible by leveraging the full-automated infrastructure powered by CERE protocol, which also enforces data privacy at the infrastructure level.
The prototypes and POCs we have deployed on our stack so far span a wide range of applications: from doing natural language processing, through detecting objects and markings from real-time drone footage, all the way to hyper-personalization that benefits users in everyday life. We think of these initial use cases as providing reimagined agile and privacy-first alternatives to Databricks, Palantir, and Apple Intelligence respectively. Furthermore, this allows us to build up catalogs of use cases and vertical specific sets of AI agents that can be dynamically customized and dropped into all businesses and enterprises running our data infrastructure, resulting in much more efficient (faster and cheaper) outcomes compared to bloated enterprise SaaS of today.
Eventually this will also lead to the marketplace of AI agents where it’s an open and interoperable data ecosystem where any developer can offer AI agents not only offered by CEF itself, but also many third-party trusted agents that can instantly launch into data streams of any users and show immediate efficacy. In many ways, we envision this is the future of truly personalized computing far beyond the limitations of the iOS and Android app stores of today.
Much like the relational databases (and SQL) from the 80’s and 90’s, and big data and highly centralized data clouds of last couple of decades, our reimagined next-generational approach to bring agile AI data compute to everyone’s sovereign data streams in near real-time is not only necessary but also inevitable in a future of ambient AI, effectively bringing intelligence to live data streams as life happens.
